Beliefs are the views we have about ourselves and our world. They are formed continuously, starting at a very young age, and – unless corrected – continue to shape our experiences of life, the source of self sabotage.
Beliefs either support us, or they don’t. Your beliefs about what is – or is not – possible, is the sole determinant of how you experience your reality. Beliefs actually dictate our behaviours, like a thermostat on a heater. When we reach the full extent of what we believe, we can either push past our comfort zone into the growth zone, or we succumb – most commonly – to fear of the unknown and sabotage our efforts, turning us off. Just like the thermostat on the heater. You may desire wealth and prosperity, fulfilling relationships and so on, but no matter your aspirations, training or knowledge on the subject, if your beliefs at the subconscious conflict with your aspirations, you’ll constantly sabotage yourself from experiencing what your conscious desires.
